During my coaching career the area that I keep coming back to is 'Development'.

Enjoyment and Improvement is the fulfilling part of coaching that I get the most satisfaction, especially watching individuals experience that concept of 'I can do it!'.

I was fortunate enough to be taught the corrrect fundamentals / mechanics at a young age when it came to kicking so I am passionate about passing on those traits.
