I'm a keen advocate of healthy living, the enjoyment of sport and the value of being part of a club. Not everyone is going to play at the highest level, in fact it's very few that do. Our job as coaches is to ensure our players stay involved in sport, particularly aussie rules and not have them give up because they don't have the fundamentals. We've failed as coaches if we don't make staying involved the easiest option for our players.
