FOOTY FAST TRACKER:  Chris Shen

Christopher Shen is delighted to work with sports teams to increase the effectiveness and safety of players in Tackling and body contact skills, and build their resilience against stress, anxiety, fatigue, and burnout.
He has been actively involved in Wrestling and combat sports for over 40 years. He has coached Tackling with the Western Bulldogs football team (AFL, AFLW, and VFLW), Eastern Ranges boys football team (TAC Cup), Northern Knights boys and girls football teams (TAC Cup / nab League), and has conducted hundreds of Tackling sessions with boys, girls, men's, and women's teams in community, amateur and school football since 1996.
He has a current Police Check, Working with Children Check, and professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance as a Wrestling Coach. His current role is Tackling Coach with the Northern Knights nab League team.
